Coronavirus update

Dear Customers,

We want to assure you that we take the health and well-being of our community, customers, and associates very seriously. Like you, we're closely monitoring the quickly developing effects of the Coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic.

To help prevent the spread of COVID-19, we will practice social distancing. We have temporarily made some changes in how we operate our store to protect and care for those who work with us, our customers, and the public. Bicycles are essential, and therefore we are still operating to fit your needs.

• We are doing business in the side yard. If you need to look at a bike or other product, or if you need to drop off your bike for repair, call us when you are here and we will meet you outside. Please wear a mask (we are wearing masks). Our number is (740) 635-3700.

• No appointment necessary when coming. Simply call us when you get here before coming into side yard.

• We can accept payment over the phone (preferred) or via credit card, cash or check when you are here, just as before. We will take precautions to prevent the spread of COVID-19.

We are all in this together. We will continue to monitor the COVID-19 situation and will follow guidance from public health officials and government agencies, so we can continue to support our customers and communities as needed.
